We\’re happy to announce the addition of a new Judo program at ApexMAC. Our program is being taught by Judo Brown Belt James Edwards and will be available after Adult BJJ class on Thursday evenings, from 7:30pm-8:30pm.
Students that study Judo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Kickboxing are very prepared for real world self-defense situations.
